Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of a1mobile, operated by A1 AI Inc. (“a1mobile”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

a1mobile provides an AI-powered business phone line — a business number with an AI assistant that answers and routes calls, sends and receives text messages, and can connect to third-party tools you authorize (such as reservations or calendars). a1mobile is the platform; you are responsible for your own goods, services, and communications.

Accounts & your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. If you use a1mobile to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your messages.

Billing & payments

Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe); a1mobile does not store your full card details. There is no charge until your number is active. Plans renew until cancelled, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

SMS messaging program

  • Messages. Order/booking confirmations, reminders, status updates, and direct replies tied to a consumer’s request.
  • Opt-in. Consumers opt in by calling or texting the business’s a1mobile number.
  • Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out. Reply STOP to stop; after STOP, no further messages are sent. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI assistant

The AI assistant automates calls and messages and may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business. The assistant is not a substitute for professional advice.

Calling & emergencies

Service availability is not guaranteed. Emergency (911) calling may be limited or work differently than a traditional landline depending on your device, mode, and connection. Do not rely on the service for emergency calling where it is not supported.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not send prohibited or restricted content, harass, or interfere with the service’s operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content & integrations

You grant us the rights needed to process your data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for any third-party services you connect and for the data you exchange with them.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, a1mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes, termination & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Either party may stop using or providing the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions? Email support@a1mobile.ai. See also our Privacy Policy.
